TOBIAS preimplantation data visualization, served via WIlsON (Webbased Interactive Omics visualizatioN)

TOBIAS This app provides access to the Wu et al. and Hendrikson et al. ATAC-seq datasets as analysed in the TOBIAS manuscript **Link**.

With the experimental data given from the TOBIAS runs, the user can explore the datasets and generate various plots following four basic steps:

  1. Filter for features of interest based on categorical (annotation) or numerical values (e.g. transcripts, genes, proteins, probes)
  2. Select plot type
  3. Adjust plot parameters
  4. Render/download result
